President and Founder
Originally from St. John's, Newfoundland, Richard Predham has been in the financial services industry for 15 years since obtaining his business degree.
Richard has worked in various personal financial planning and business advisory roles throughout Canada with large financial institutions for his entire career.
Richard created Impact Financial Planning as a way to provide clients education and financial planning on a fixed fee basis, promoting low cost investing outside of the standard high fee models currently offered by most wealth management companies in Canada.
He is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) professional. These professionals have demonstrated the knowledge, skills, experience and ethics to provide holistic financial planning strategies and solutions at the highest level of complexity required of the profession.
When not working, Richard enjoys travelling, watching movies, board games, golf and spending time with his wife Katie, son Jake, and daughter Ava.

Recognized for a client-centric approach, Ziad navigates financial landscapes with precision.
As a holder of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) Professional Designation since 2016, Ziad is committed to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. This qualification ensures rigorous training and a comprehensive understanding of advanced financial planning principles, providing clients with informed, strategic, and ethical financial advice.
Outside work, Ziad finds joy in outdoor activities like soccer and recreational hockey. Cherishing quality time with friends, Ziad Sahuri actively contributes to community initiatives, reflecting a holistic approach to life within and beyond the financial sphere.
